Once you have done this one of our team will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals, experience, any heath issues or injuries you may have, how we can help as a coaches, and we can answer any questions you may have.
During your consultation you will have the opportunity to have a mini health MOT, multi-joint assessment, & postural analysis.
At the end of the consultation, if you are happy to proceed, we will look at getting you booked in for your first session.
