How many sessions will I need each week?
This will depend on your goals and your starting point. It is highly recommended to have 2-3 sessions per week in the onset. Having more frequent sessions and increased accountability ensures a much higher retention rate, better engraining of techniques and much swifter progress. As you progress this can become less and less.
How long will I need personal training for?
Again this will very much depend on your individual goals and starting point. Our aim throughout sessions is not only to progress you towards your goals but also to educate & empower you with the knowledge & understanding that you can use to sustain and further your progress.
I am REALLY unfit, can I do this?
Absolutely yes you can! Regardless of your starting point we can help you to begin your fitness journey and live a healthier lifestyle. Our coaching is very much pitched to where you are right now and tailored to you fitness levels & abilities.
What happens if I can’t make my session or go on holiday?
Your monthly payment represents the support and preparation outside of sessions as well as the sessions themselves. With notice (at least 24 hours) we will attempt to reschedule your session for another day/time that week but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Where possible we will endeavour to continue to support you during any planned absence. We can be contacted for support, guidance & accountability while you are away. We can provide check-in opportunities, nutritional information, home workouts, gym workout plans for wherever it is you will be located, live virtual sessions via Zoom, pre-recorded virtual sessions for you to follow at a time that suits, suggested additional activity levels to maximise your results, or we can book you onto one of our Semi-Private sessions providing we have availability. We also have additional resources on our Members Only Facebook Group to help keep the ball rolling while you are away. We do not offer banked sessions or refunds for sessions missed.
What if I am running late?
We totally understand that sometimes things outside of your control can come up and cause you to run late for a session. We ask that if you expect you are going to be late that you notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive late the time will be deducted from that session.
What if I have an injury?
We understand that there are times that you may not be able to participate in the session due to an injury. But this does not mean you should not train at all. As long as you give us 24 hours’ notice we can plan an alternative session for you to take into consideration your injury. It is important to keep the momentum going!
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes you can. You are free to cancel your pay monthly membership at any point. To cancel your pay monthly service we require one full months notice.
If I leave, can I get another trial offer if I come back?
Unfortunately not. We would be thrilled to welcome you back but we can only offer one trial per person.
Do you offer any kind of support for between sessions?
Absolutely.
We offer support between sessions via text, whats app, FB messenger, Instagram messenger or email. Whatever platform you prefer.
We have a selection of recipe books & nutritional survival guides to ensure that your diet aligns with your goals.
We have an online workout library, so we can guide you through sessions virtually at a time that suits you.
We also have a Private Facebook Group for all of our members. We call this group our ‘E3 Community’ and it is a private space where we post a ton of resources, educational information, guidance videos, exercise tutorials, diet advice & more; just for our clients. This is also a place that members can motivate and communicate with and each other, discuss any struggles they may be having and enjoy a non-judgemental environment that is focused on achieving!

Start by clicking the ‘Let’s Start!’ button which will redirect you to ‘Our Services’ and you will find a brief form to fill out. Please fill in the form and click the ‘APPLY NOW’ button.
Once you have done this you will soon be contacted to schedule a FREE no obligation initial consultation. This is an opportunity to sit face to face, talk over the phone or speak via Zoom and discuss your goals, experience, any heath issues or injuries you may have, how I can help as a coach and any questions you may have.
At the end of the consultation, if you are happy we will look at getting you booked in for your first session.
