Hi, I’m David, a personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, live longer, and achieve their fitness goals.
One of my specialties is biomechanics and exercise mechanics, which allows me to take your training to the next level. By assessing your specific joint mobility and movement patterns, I design exercises that complement your unique anatomy, ensuring that every movement is safe, efficient, and tailored to your body's natural abilities. This approach not only helps prevent injury but also ensures that you’re progressing in the most optimal way.
I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the top industry leaders in both the UK and the US, and I’m always seeking to expand my knowledge and improve my skills to bring the best results to my clients.

Hi, I’m Vicky, one of the coaches here at E3 Fitness! My journey in coaching began in 2020 when I made the exciting leap from primary school teaching to pursue my passion in fitness, joining David and opening E3 Fitness. It’s been an amazing ride, and I’ve never looked back! When I’m not in the studio, I’m at home with our three young girls—my happy place.
As a parent and business owner, I fully understand the demands of a busy schedule and how easy it is to let your own wellbeing slip to the bottom of the list. That’s why I’m here to help you prioritise yourself and stay motivated.
Reaching your fitness and wellness goals isn’t just about getting in your workouts. It’s about adopting a holistic approach that blends exercise, nutrition, and a positive mindset. My goal is to empower you to feel your best, both physically and mentally.
One of my core focuses is nutrition and mindset. Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan, I work with you to assess your current eating habits and lifestyle, then create a personalised nutrition strategy that fits seamlessly into your life. The aim is to make small, manageable changes that lead to lasting results—without the stress of restrictive dieting.

Will Reid
Hi, I’m Will, a personal trainer here at E3 Fitness. With many years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve helped countless individuals lose weight, build strength, and achieve their health goals.
I specialise in exercise referral, having spent two years working with clients managing a variety of medical conditions. During this time, I earned specialisations in pulmonary rehabilitation and cancer rehabilitation.
My journey into this specialised field began shortly after the Covid-19 lockdowns, when the need for personal trainers with expertise in managing health conditions surged. I collaborated closely with the NHS, receiving referrals from GPs, West Suffolk Hospital, and other healthcare professionals.
As I pursue further studies in physiotherapy, I draw on a wealth of experience in both fitness training and health-focused exercise programs. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, enhance health, or boost overall well-being, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
